Contribution on « Internet of Things: from techno-legal fascination to complex system »
By Jean-Sylvestre Bergé, Law professor at the University of Côte d’Azur(*)
Abstract
This contribution raises two short theoretical reflections on objects connected to the Internet. The first is about the risk of technological fascination when it strikes lawyers. The second relates to the approach to the topic of connected objects in terms of a complex system.
